Very inconvenient set-up. Found out after being dropped off that I had to go to another location, there is no gate access! The latch is bent and difficult to operate, I ended up spending mire money and time just to get into the contract! Then having to come up with 3 different contacts who would not mind having their private details given out! the unit is empty because I did not want to come back there by myself and not be able to open the latch! I am a long-standing Customer with a good payment history with this company but that entire process was a ridiculous nightmare!
