I moved to the Columbus area nearly 4 years ago and rented a unit from Uhaul. It was the perfect place to store my stuff. The staff was always welcoming and the facilities were clean the entire 3 plus years that I rented my temperature control unit. Thanks again.

Had a rough start with U-haul in Birmingham, the csr deleted the original contract and messed everything up. Not to mention I had to go to a different U-haul facility because they didn't have the size truck and confirming on the phone prior! BUT at the MLK facility I was put back on track. The CSR who helped definitely need some kind of incentive!!!! 20/20
