Shannon K | Overall ExperienceThe floor literally fell through. giant gaping hole. seemed like it was made out of particleboard. the staff was amazing at managing the situation, but UHAUL storage as a corporation is terrible. the MOST expensive option for the worst quality. nobody is even concerned when the alarms go off from not checking in. we moved to a different storage unit, the same size and less than half the cost monthly. yes, $60/month for a 10x10 unit. the flooring is CONCRETE and the entire property is secured with a fence and well lit. the local staff at this Uhaul center is the only reason we didn't rush to get out sooner, they are all amazing!
