Left because of the high prices. Felt that the quality I expected wasn’t compared to the price I was paying. Torn and missing flooring in building. Pot holes in parking lot. I think that the staff was friendly and helpful. Hours weren’t ideal.
Cody W | Overall ExperienceThe facility is in poor shape and they just kept raising the rent as things got worse. Bathrooms were always out of order. They had a Porta potty that was full almost to the seat! Definitely a health violation. The doors did not work after hours. Called management and they said they were broken. Even after entering the code the alarm continues to sound. The help didn’t care. Slider to the loading bay would only open halfway and not automatically. I mentioned all this to the staff and they didn’t respond, just said that they were trying to get things fixed. Will never use a uhaul storage facility again!!!
Erik S | Overall ExperienceComputers were down resulting in an inability to access storage after staff left for the night throughout the entirety of or storage needs. It was difficult to reserve our trucks due to same reason. Otherwise all went rather smoothly.

Very please with everything, the pricing, the space itself: very accessible, clean, well lit, temperature controlled, and all inside. I am in my late 70’s and I felt totally comfortable going there alone. The staff were always helpful!
