Manager was very friendly and very informative and knowledgeable showed me around and convinced me that this was the best place for my step since I have been looking for an indoor site and didn’t know one existed like this. I’ve always used U-Haul in the past and I sure miss them moving to a smaller town like Great Falls. Glad to know it’s here. I’m moving out of my outdoor storage into this one by the end of the month. I called several storage locations and U-Haul was one of the only storage places that was actually open. Then I found out how reasonable the price is. I didn't know about the one year price lock until I got to the self storage facility and saw it on the sign. That's definitely a nice bonus, but my biggest positive was how helpful and patient the staff was with me, and how reasonable the price is to get storage.
