Demone E | Overall ExperienceI would have loved to give this facility a five-star Because When I first paid for outside RV storage space on May,7 2025 . The staff there was excellent and professional. Credit card didn't go through so they happily accepted me as a cash payer. I was happy at first that I found a storage company who finally treated me like a Human being. However, I never used storage unit 129 because I was not able to get my RV towed at that storage facility . So I lost that $109.95. On May 3, 2025 I realized it didn't make sense to keep paying on an empty unit until I am able to get RV towed there. So I knew I had to close it before my next payment due date on the 7th.of June of 2025. I would have love to give this company 5 stars but I am having to give 3 Star because On June 3rd 2025, I called and spoke with a woman by the name Heather. I told her I needed to close my storage unit because I couldn't get RV towed there. Heather told me over the phone she closed my account but she couldn't refund the cash even if I didn't used the unit. I never asked her for a refund and told her that was fine and I am ok with that. If she deny or say I didn't tell her to close account than I will contact my mobile phone company for a recording of the conversation even if I have to subpoenaed it .She lied to me over the phone and left account open and knew RV unit was empty On June 7th 2025 8:13 AM, received a email from General manager stating we had trouble charging payment on Auto pay and Your payment has not been received. On June 8th at 8:14 am received another email saying the same thing. On June 9th. At 8:16 am received another email saying the same thing. Heather knew I was a cash payer and not on Auto pay. Didn't sign any paperwork on Auto pay. IT would be fraud to do without someone authorization. This stressed me out because I am facing numerous amount of challenges and stress in my life and this little thing only added more stress I already have. On June 11th 2025 spoke with women name Deb and discovered account was still open. I want to thank Deb for her professionalism in handling the situation. She email me a close account letter.
