Carlos W | Overall ExperienceConsidering the reasonable price, I wouldn’t say the climate control was perfect. However, I stored my belongings here for about a year and a half, and there was no damage at all, so overall it felt safe and reliable. About the staff, roughly half were friendly, while the other half felt rather indifferent. I wouldn’t describe the overall impression as particularly warm. Especially near closing time, a few minutes before the official end, some staff members started closing the store very quickly without saying a word, which felt a bit uncomfortable. That said, one staff member — a woman with noticeable tattoos — was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Her attitude stood out clearly. If she were the manager, I believe this location would become a much better place. I personally run a bar in Waikiki, and honestly, she is someone I would want to hire.
