eddy f | Overall ExperienceI had a reservation for a uhaul & storage unit, asked multiple times how to enter storage & to make sure everything was good to go but they sent us back & forth to 2 different locations & when finally got to the storage I couldn't store big things because of the hallways my bed wouldn't fit. Was charged more than quoted. Very dishonest & unhelpful service!

We still have a storage unit there and they were able to assist us with a cart to move our things from one unit to our other unit, even brought it down to us. I will only use Uhaul in the future
