I did not interact with staff much during storage so cannot speak on that. I did reserve a p/u truck to empty my storage unit only to have a notification 24 hrs prior that there was not one available and only cargo van was available. My choices were to completely change arrangements and cancel with fee or to take the van. The individual that checked me in with van and discontinue storage unit on the morning of 8/22/2026 in Kahului was not very empathetic nor helpful and could definitely have been more communicative. Although I had informed that I was emptying the unit, instructions on how to do that properly were not clear and I ended up having to walk all the way around the facility to capture the required photos. It would have been easy to have imparted that information from the beginning. The afternoon staff was far more forthcoming and I thank them for their understanding and stellar customer service. They were a pleasure to communicate with and were sympathetic to my earlier experience.

Aloha, I have to say after living on Maui for 30 years and dealing with storage facilities often on throughout that time this is by far the cleanest and most well staffed facility on the island. they are prompt, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. I will suggest this facility to everyone I know. The one thing I do have to say is although the security is fantastic, the sliding glass door access in the front does not seem to have a way to keep it open for a few minutes at a time to move stuff from truck into building.

DONNA C | First ImpressionsThe only thing I have is that owners of units against the wall that I was in need to be contacted so that they can come to check on their items because it seems like there was a flooding issue. Luckily only 2 of my boxes with items were affected. These boxes were destroyed by water. All contents in them were destroyed. Boxes were stuck to the floor. It looked like the water came from the top and the bottom of the unit. Thankfully most of my things were housed in plastic. I have reported it to the staff. Pictures were taken. Other than that, Staff was always kind and friendly. Still would use a facility like this if I ever have more than I can hold in my home.
