Diane L | Overall ExperienceWe loved the Latrobe location at first, but the staff and general manager became very unfriendly and gave attitude as soon as they found out we were moving out. Towards the end of our stay, we started noticing a lot more pest issues and it was not temperature regulated anymore. The General Manager at Latrobe was very rude and I’m not sure how she even became manager with the way she treated her customers when my wife and I always paid rent on time for the last year and seven months, for two large units.

Facility was clean, bug free (which is exceptionally important to me), and from my experience pest free as well. Everything was safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit and would utilize this facility again if future storage needs were to exist
