Shawn keeps the facility clean and well stocked. His staff are very helpful when questions arise. Storage areas need to be swept before renting out to public. Overall no other issues.

Rented for from 2018-2025 never had any issues. Rate hikes definitely hurt but that's part of life now days. But overall my experience with u haul was great. Thank you

bob l | Overall ExperienceThe place is FULL of roaches!! I put my stuff in storage to only get everything out to throw away! Every piece of furniture i placed in that storage had roaches falling out of it! I used the bathroom there and there was roaches crawling all over the walls.
CARLESS G | Overall ExperienceMy unit was damaged so the door wouldn’t close all the way. Told a staff member. Was told I would be reached out to. Nothing ever happened. When I checked my unit again, mice had torn into my couch and ruined many of my things. Again I told a staff member and again I never heard back. Only time they seemed to call me was if I missed a payment.
