I wish I could give you NO stars, because your staff and facilities aren't worth any. All your staff ever did was harass me, with numerous emails, letters and phone calls after you were notified that I could no longer pay for my units, and then requested to stop notifying me because I told you that IF my circumstances ever changed I would notify you, and make arrangements to get both units up to date. Since my circumstances never changed to allow me to get caught up, kept getting emails, letters and phone calls despite my several requests to stop them. So no, my experience with this particular U haul facility is anything BUT positive. In fact I have nothing good to say about any of your employees who could not update my information, fail to inform me of a payment that didn't go through until months later, even when I was calling in my monthly payments. However, you did harass me after I informed you of my husband being out of work due to extensive medical leave, and that it was difficult enough for me to provide our bare necessities like Rent, power, water, phone and food each of those 5 months. Instead I kept getting emails, letters and phone calls all reminding me of missed payments as though I didn't have enough stress on my plate, I had all of you breathing down my neck with all the constant reminders of owing you. I hope that if any of you ever face an ordeal like we did through these last 6 months that you receive the same treatment, because maybe then, you'll actually understand how stressful all those emails, letters and phone calls were. And you said "You were only doing your job". That maybe true to some extent, but you're All also human, and by that you should be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. If you were me, would you honestly want the constant reminder of a bill that you couldn't afford. And if you had to choose between a storage bill against a roof over your head, power, water, phone or food for your family which one of those would you not pay???? My point exactly and would you want the daily reminders of that bill that you can no longer to pay, especially when you live 16 hours (each way) from retrieving those things and the cost of retrieving those things is more than twice your rent??? How much would you be able to pay if your income was reduced to 2700 and your rent being 1595 oh and that 2700 is paid only once a month. And you have to make it last the month and I don't get food stamps. You tell me how to pay rent, power, water, phone, and keep food in our home for a whole month every month with the only income being mine for 6 months, and you think you weren't harassing me and stressing me out more than I already was. I will never recommend your facility to anyone not even my enemy. That's how bad my experience was with your facility and your staff. Oh and believe me I tried several times to get you to stop the harassment, you and your employees just never listen. There's nothing left to resolve.

anita m | Overall ExperienceWhen I first rented the storage unit, I was clueless about how to access the gate or exit. I was referring to the process and procedures involved. Unfortunately, the staff was leaving for the day, and the only employee present was a lady. She took the time to patiently guide me through the steps of entering and exiting the storage unit. I was grateful for her assistance, as I had attempted to figure it out on my own, having done everything online. However, when it came to checking out and returning the empty storage unit, I’m not sure if it was the same lady, but she essentially repeated the same process to ensure that my check ou was successfully retrieved from the storage.
