Although I understand the 'why' behind the procedure of checking in for pickup and out, it was time-consuming for someone who does not normally use apps and the like. It added to my mover's fee, and had I been able to go online and do all of that, it would have been more efficient for a person like me.

John N | First ImpressionsManager is always rude and unhelpful. Every time I rent a truck, I’m unable to use counter service even when the faulty app/web browser is down. We were yelled at by staff for parking a truck to unload our unit when we arrived during normal business hours. There’s no other way to move out of a storage unit then to use a moving truck. Not sure why a business who’s main service is to assist in moving is unprepared and confused by…moving trucks? Not being able to access to unit 24/7 is very inconvenient. Automatic door to the storage unit area was broken so we couldnt get in using THE MAIN DOORS while we were loading in.
