The only thing I hated was how the late fees pile on so quickly. Different times I had to pay a late fee as my account came due the 28th of a month and ODSP comes out the last day. Most often the late fees got tacked on a couple hours before my cheque was in if it was a month with 31 days. I struggled after Christmas, it was better to just clear my unit. I appreciate staff working with me to settle. Thank you all.
