Horrible facility. They rent you a storage space then turn around and block your access to the same unit.

However after two hours the U-Haul’s engine started smoking I requested a swap and receive no service but was still charged. The employees had no knowledge of how to release a vehicle into a customer hands as I spoke to several employees .. I would say to anyone don’t bother, go somewhere else

Bryce w | Overall ExperienceOur storage unit leaked which caused mold on our stuff. Rodents chewed through the wall and covered our stuff in urine and feces. Due to the holes roaches also got in and were in the unit. Our stuff is a total loss. I let the facility know and they just gave me a number to file a claim with insurance. So far I have not heard back from the insurance company.
