Getting a storage unit took way longer than it should have, no instructions on how to get in (via the multiple code-entry pads in the back), where to go/find my unit, or any other "welcome/onboarding" experience. It took nearly one-hour for me to officially check-out of two storage rooms I rented for one month. It was not the fault of staff. Otherwise, U-Haul provides solid customer service.

Saane I | First ImpressionsThe automatic doors didn’t work. If I didn’t arrive before close, I wouldn’t have been able to get in. Also, there was a rat trap in my storage unit which made me worried there might be a rat problem in the building.
