The only complaint I have is a lot of my stuff had mold on it. But the office customer service is great I give Joanne and Blake 100%, they were excellent very professional.

I was more than blessed to have had my belongings there. I would definitely recommend Uhaul Storage and trucks.

DANIEL M | Overall ExperienceThe new owners have been great and a pleasure to work with but The previous owner threatened to call the cops on me because I was there after seven on a Friday night. She also would not open the gate and had a terrible confrontation with the male owner after she left. He threatened to evict me if I was there again after hours, I was not aware of the hours since the website said open 24 hours. They could have handled it better. I am glad the owners changed and the new owners and workers have been great, the cleaner has been there every day I showed up cleaning the hallways and the outside.
Jimmy D | Overall ExperienceI absolutely cannot say enough about the team at this location Joanne went above and beyond for me and my family after losing my daughter and trying to get her storage situated. She remembered meeting my daughter when she set the storage up and when I told her that her health was declining she told me don’t worry. Ultimately we lost her. When I told Joanne, again she told me to take time to do what I need to do and she would help me figure things out later. She 100% did just that. I’m forever grateful for her kindness and keeping me up to date to make sure that we were able to get my daughters things. Did I mention I was doing all of this from another state! It was a lot and never once did she make me feel like a burden or a problem. I don’t know if you’ll see this Joanne but you are amazing.I could never thank you enough!

Everything is maintained in such a way that I know they take any concerns seriously. Unlike other storage facilities, I only have to mention something one time before it is addressed. I can't say enough good things about the staff and facility. They continue to earn my trust and my business, whether it be renting a truck or storage unit.
