There was an issue with theft and uhaul refused to Adress it. No call back. The obvious was there reports weee made and still nothing. Poor customer service on the claims end.

Incredible staff and facility. Always went the extra mile for Van rentals and storage. Highly recommend. Best place in Russellville!!!
Mike W | Overall ExperienceWhen I originally opened my storage unit, I was paying around 120-130 dollars a month for it. By the time I closed my storage unit out, I was paying almost 170. Every time I turned around I was getting emailed that my storage payment was increasing. I did not have access on weekends when I was able to visit and that used to be available to me. Could never get ahold of anyone if I needed anything. Will not use this storage facility again and would not recommend it.
