How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was 100% satisfied with my 7 mo. storage experience at the downtown St. Louis, MO facility on Tucker Ave. The facility was immaculate, even though i didn't have climate controlled rooms my furniture and boxes and clothes were in perfect condition. Their bathroom was immaculate, and the staff was amazing. From the day i checked in to when i checked out yesterday..it was a stress-free experience. SO well managed. Thank you.

You lost one star because you're recommended moving company did a poor job and damaged several of my belongings.
