How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad a tub of shoes that got water in it and caused mold
RUTH H | Overall ExperienceThe customer service was always on point, but the facility was consistently unprepared for snow. The reason I paid for this unit was to have access when I needed and multiple times after snow we would have to wait days for the drive to be plowed and accessible.
Connor C | Overall ExperienceThey don’t communicate with each further well, because I close my account and had to call back again because they did not close it when I asked them to. So know that you must call back and reiterate.
YVONNE C | Overall ExperienceVery respectful and I enjoyed it there
Ron S | First ImpressionsWhen i went to move in the unit was full of the previous occupants items, i had to clean out myself or be upgrades to a bigger unit at a higher price—-no discount! I chose to keep and remove items still in unit
TAMMY O | First ImpressionsI was given a storage unit that was not available, but they handled that issue very well and I was pleased with the results.
YVONNE C | First ImpressionsThe staff was professional and so welcoming.
Michael T | First ImpressionsGate was broke on move in was able to access my unit now the gate is fixed and my access code does not work to gain access to my unit a new code was never sent either. Also cannot get in contact with property manager or anyone that can assist me with getting a new code. Probably will move my belongings to a different facility with better customer service and accessibility
