We stopped in totowa facility for a simple quote nothing More.within 30 minutes I was bombarded with solicitations to reserve a truck for an up coming move from someone in texas.they were very polite even offering a one month storage unit as part of the deal .so I committed and reservered a truck based on this verbal agreement.three days before our move totowa u haul informed us their is no storage unit in the agreement adding mass stress and worry to our home relocation experience.we left the facility in shock worrying if we don't get all our belongings in the rental truck we no longer have anywhere to store them since we only had two days to be out of our home.upon much arguing they agree to give us a storage unit in toms River where our new home was located which makes no sense since we have a house to store our belongings.we eventually were giving a storage unit in totowa but this U-Haul facility added much unneeded stress to our already stressful situation shame on them.woud not recommend this totowa U-Haul facility.

mihaly p | Overall ExperienceI rented the storage to fit all contents of my 3 bedroom home. I was there 2 times with a moving company and a few times on my own. I had to pay extra to the moving company both times because the elevator didn't work. I was blamed for having too much stuff and made the elevator go up and down too many times. The elevator was only working during one of my total 5 visits.
