Alicia D | Overall ExperienceThere are 2 employees that were super rude and extremely disrespectful, had no sympathy of understanding the situation and very arrogant and adamant that they knew all the rules. I talked to the general manager came up with a plan and the message clearly didn’t get relayed cause I was given a hard time and felt uncomfortable to even finish moving out my storage. Johnny and the manager were decently nice but the rest of the staff were just completely rude, unwelcoming & arrogant! Def wouldn’t recommend this location or company as the storage is extremely over priced as well!

Dorian V | Overall ExperienceThe green tag indicating move in was difficult to remove. The storage unit was supposed to have a free lock inside, since I paid the first month online. When asking about the lock and how to get into the unit, the employee was kind of rude and implied I would have to buy one. During move in, the only elevator was out of service, so the movers I hired had to take the stairs. This caused the move to take longer and ended up costing me more money. After the move in, I went back to the front desk to ask again about the lock, this time the employees were very helpful and got me the lock no problem.
