My unit had trash in it and when I complained the young lady said "what ever". For the price, I expected a CLEAN unit. Another worker there, said it would be cleaned right away. I waited for some time, and no one showed up to clean out the trash so I did it myself. I did appreciate the free lock and key. The hallways were very clean but a lot to trash on the floor, in the little area for disposable/left behind items. It seems workers just do the bare minimum. It's just not something I'm used to, coming from a country that believes in cleanliness. Maybe it wouldn't bother others.

Amazing facility (although the bathroom was a little rough at the time we moved into the facility). 10/10 best storage facility I have been with and highly recommend. My family decided to move as well after seeing how much we loved this place & all the amenities with the unit. Highly recommended and such an easy and swift process.

Douglas S | Overall ExperienceKeionne was not helpful on my first trip to use the unit. He didn’t offer to show me how to get in and out. I got in but the next time I came I was locked out. He said I had to sign in at the ALARM SYSTEM. which thought I did. He did not explain there were 2 different key pads to do. And he acted like I asked him to walk 100 miles in order to show me.
