There was a strong oder/bad smell in the building ( of unprocessed hides) that was nauseating. I was stuck on the 3rd floor with the elevator bc the elevator brook down and in order to get out I had to take the fire escaped door by setting off the alarms. And only the US clerks were answering. The units were expensive to rent. Some staff were rude and unprofessional. However Rubi was always considering and polite. My best quality item is as stolen not payed for.

We’re very kind, friendly welcoming easy to talk to polite and would very much recommend U-Haul storage. I went with the location on Notre Dame unsupervised. The price was very reasonable 146 per month. the facility was clean And very well organized. I would highly recommend U-Haul storage. I have used U-Haul in the past for moving i.e. trucks and vans and have had nothing but good experience and that’s also goes for the century location in Winnipeg the staff there as well are very friendly knowledgable and would definitely keep using your services Thank you for your service. Very happy ongoing customer whenever I think of moving services U-Haul always pops into my mind so good on you.
corinne s | Overall ExperienceWorst customer service experience I have ever had. My unit pad lock was changed without any notice to me. I had to go to the office to demand the key of the lock that was changed. I called the customer service and spoke with several agents about my rental unit. None of my updates were ever updated, and yet I have call logs as evidence of my phone calls. Worst of all, my account was sent to collections for fees that I should not have been charged. Which in turn has affect on my credit report. I did my best and due diligence to ensure my rental unit would be successful. So frustrating the lack of customer service care by UHual representatives.
