DAVID V | First ImpressionsThis facility is so well maintained, i stayed longer than i expected! This was supposed to be a temporary place but the team here in Yukon off 15th and Mustang Rd - 10/10!! Cannot recommend you enough! I downsized - which is the ONLY reason i am unfortunately leaving. I love you guys, but i cant pay for an empty room! Keep it up!

TERRY K | Overall ExperienceIf youre moving, make sure to ask them about 24/7 access. Rented a storage space as well as a boat storage spot. I spent all day moving to then be left outside of the storage facility with my boat on the trailer. When I came back in and asked about why they didnt tell me that 24/7 access could be added on. I had a conversation with the employers about bringing the boat in after 10pm and they didnt even mention the add on to me. So i went all day driving and moving and couldn't even get to a change of clothes because I had the clean clothes in a bin inside the unit...its been 2 days...I haven't slept or showered and when I brought this up the employees wer extremely disrespectful and rude and this isnt even the end of this absolutely terrible and garbage experience. But then again I guess the first month is free so the service can be trash. 😭
