I am writing to file a formal complaint about my recent truck rental. My contract number is 74745586. The vehicle provided was in terrible condition, and it made my trip very difficult.Here are the main issues with the truck:Very dirty: The cabin was not cleaned before I picked it up.Strong cigarette smell: The inside smelled heavily of smoke. It was very unpleasant.Broken air conditioning: The AC did not work at all. It is extremely hot outside, and driving without AC was unbearable and unsafe.I am very disappointed with this experience. I expect a clean and fully functional vehicle when I rent from U-Haul. Because of these issues, I am requesting a partial or full refund for my rental.I look forward to your prompt response and solution.

Very nice place, enough stuff to take of clients and multiple landscaping projects equipment for reasonable price, I would recommend to anyone need to rent from U-Haul trucks to machines!

Todd VThe drop off location was fine, though I was told there will be an additional charge for extra miles having been used, though the total was within the range we were given when we called to confirm on Friday. We were told we were allowed 500 miles but the checking in paperwork on the guys end only showed 400. He was really nice about it but wasn’t able to help with any of it on his end.
Charlotte BPrompt and truck was ready as promised. Fuel level was not accurate & I had to return right after picking up truck to get it documented correctly.
