The truck needed to be swept out by me before I could put my belongings in. I have pictures the dirt was pine needles,dog hair and dirt. Mentioned to Bait Casters expecting to be somewhat compensated since I was doing there job or some other employee of Uhaul. They couldn't do nothing at all for me they told me to contact Uhaul myself .

Once the booking goes into the system it all goes to hell. Nothing but problems with U-Haul company. Cancelled our reservation, changed it and relocated us. We drove 100 Kms to pick up the truck because U-Haul would no longer let us pick it up at bait casters in Carleton place We waited half an hour for it to open only to find out the owner was not there and we could not have a truck or dolly that had been previously booked. Called back to bait casters and they had a truck available. WHAT THE HELL!! Thankfully Bait casters saved our moving day. We suffered incredibly with a stressful reservation through U-Haul.

Mohamad ZThings worked out great, the agent allowed an early pickup. Customers should know that the adjustable hitch only goes to up to I believe 2 1/8" or smaller.
