The only issue I had was a bit of confusion as to the text that was sent to confirm I received the truck (and any other things that need checking before I took the truck). By the time I got the message, it was already an expired link. Otherwise, everything else was clear and clean.

This location has a well maintained and varied fleet, and they've always provided friendly service. This is not the closest location to where I live, but I gladly go the few extra miles. Every time I have rented from this location, the experience has been great.

Elgin SReally nice people at this site. They had the trailer ready and was able to inspect my setup. This is right by my house, so if I need a Uhaul again, I'm going to request this place.
Carl CIt seemed as if I was a burden by dropping off a trailer. Zero assistance with the drop off procedure. Had to back into a tight space. Would have been nice to have a guide person. You don’t provide jack stands on your 6x12, would have been nice to have assistance releasing trailer from truck.
