We requested a dolly. There was actually a man working Saturday morning so I checked out with him and not through the app. He told me he didn’t a dolly but we were still charged the $7.00. My daughter and I returned the truck. The check in process was a little daunting. I couldn’t see well in sun to be sure I got the right photos.

I struggled with the lock box to get the key out. There wasn't a lot of 'wiggle room' and the lock was a little seized up. Took some effort and a chat with support to tell me to keep trying. With that said, thankful for the 24/7 support on Sunday. Also the truck had some new autoparts sitting on the front seat that I think someone forgot. I just left them there for the duration of my trip. It didn't bother me, I figured an honest mistake. It may have bothered another customer, though. Finally, I didn't order blankets or a hand truck but there were in the back of the truck. Just hoping I don't get charged for those. Overall, a great experience and very convenient.

blane aI did not opt for insurance because I only drove 8 miles total! He put insurance on the truck without my permission! My time for the rental was from 11:45 to 7:45. He asked if I could get there before 6 pm because that is when he was leaving for the day. So I got there at 4:15 pm. I asked for two moving blankets and he gave me a bundle and charged it. I am so upset about how the price showed 34 dollars for a rental and the person at this location was adding additional things to my rental that were not discussed with me. This is bad business. I will never use them again.
