The return of the equipment was awesome. A guy was waiting by my door when I hopped out of the truck. Tossed him the keys and we were done. Couldn't be more simple.
Richard SAppreciated this locations willingness to think outside the box a bit to solve an issue that was not of their creation but from Uhaul's national system. They had the equipment I was there for ready to go and had me out the door quickly with what I needed.
JASON SThis location didn’t have the furniture dolly and 12 moving blankets I reserved I spoke with a uhaul representative and they basically said “sorry.” Then I was left on my own to figure it out at the last minute.
Ty RDo you know what ruins moving day more than any other factor? Being forced to drive an hour to pick up the truck and delaying a cross-country move that was perfectly planned until mere hours before moving and after confirmation was already completed for the location we chose and then we are sent out to the boonies. Absolutely destroyed our plans. I would build a truck out of wood before using these jokers again
