Scheduling service for pick up was not good. Changed location creating an inconvenience. Drop off location change was ridiculous. Call # and rep was not helpful, at first suggesting I drive an hour out of the way for drop off. Then, would not guarantee the scheduled drop off would accept. Overall, bad customer service.
