Meranda ABest customer service that I have experienced with UHaul - Jim (I hope I didn't get his name wrong), was very helpful over the phone & had our truck/trailer perfectly prepped, all the way down to the small detail of having the truck faced in the correct direction. Also, this truck was the cleanest that I have ever seen from any rental facility (including enterprise, budget, etc). The entire experience was flawless and as luck would have it, we need to rent another mover for next week... I have already selected Ideal Wheels & look forward to another great experience.
