Van was exactly what I needed. The gentleman at the front was very nice and knowledgable. He did tell me he only had two vehicles though, so hopefully he can get more, and I would feel more confident using them again. but especially if I knew I would be guaranteed a vehicle, since with only two, and one not working, someone may not be able to get a rental, since the only one they have would be rented.

I rented a truck that was clearly unsafe to drive. It had no business being on the road. I called customer service immediately, but no one was able to help or arrange a swap. As a result, I couldn’t even use the truck for its intended purpose. It seems like this company only cares about taking their cut of the money, not about the condition of the vehicles they’re renting out. Does anyone actually inspect these trucks before handing them over? It’s unacceptable. I returned the truck, and—like clockwork—I was passed around to different departments. Funny how every department can take your payment, but none of them can step up and do the right thing by ensuring you get a safe, working vehicle.
Nicholas Nhoe can a van avertised as $28 a day for 4 days and very little mileage end up with a bill for over $ 600 .returned with no damage, clean and full gas tank I am still trying to get a copy of my invoice//the one sent on your app is unreadable.. If I DONT GET A RESPONSE SOON i AM GOING TO BETTER BUSSINESS BREAU AND MAYBE SMALL CALIMS COURT pLWASE ADVISE
