I did the pick up with a smart device since I wanted to pick up before the location opened, the pickup process was great. The truck (not the locations fault at all) was absolute garbage, it was NOT worth half of what I paid. I've driven plenty of box trucks and this was by far the worst!

Orion MRight after leaving tire pressure monitor issue. Had for less than 24 hours only in it twice and employee of location calls after mobile return was done complaining that there was one little spot of dirt on the floor by the pedals. Charged $25 fee for one wipe with a rag. Will not rent from this location or maybe uhaul again.
Levi SManager was patient and professional. He was a great teacher in showing me how to use the Auto Transport safely. Highly recommend. I do with the site closed a bit later than 4pm.
YANN NMy grandson's vehicle had started acting strangely on his way home from work. We had to pick him at the GoMart where he could park it until we could get it. We were 30 minutes early, but it was ready and we had it back in less than 4 hours. Easy Peasy.
