I clearly communicated my intentions to drop off the U-Haul at a different location from the pickup. Why would anyone choose to drive across town to drop off? The lady booked me to return the equipment back to the location, inconveniencing me and my ride back to my car. I booked for 10 hours, starting at 9am, and the lady says “well yeah, 9 yo 5 that’s 10 hours..”. I correct her and she still proceeds to book the rental until 530pm. I get to my intended drop off location only to find out the above mentioned information about her booking me to return to their location. They did not charge me late return fee, but charge me the additional miles. I had to drive back to their location, which is completely ridiculous. I will never book from that location again. I highly discourage anyone else from doing the same.

Louel FOwner is a jinky conman who failed at 3 card monte but now runs a uhaul rental using sleight of hand to make a profit.
