Using the App was an experience in it self!! It would be good to highlight to people that the whole process would be done in an APP. We learned that after walking around the streets at 6:45AM trying to find someone…anyone…..finally called and I was told to load the APP and the process would be revealed

JAMES SThe uhaul trailer and trucks were parked on the side of a strip mall . It was unclear which door of the strip mall to go in. The store was cluttered and not clean. The guy complained about uhaul in the state I got the trailer from because they collected a cash deposit he had to return to me. Yes he did it, but I was not certain he was going to with all the huffing and puffing.
