There is no U-Haul signage visible from the street. That's fine, but you kind of have to take a chance if you don't know it's there. You could mention this to future customers to reduce possible anxiety.

Simple drop off process, easy to find and easy parking
SHANNON OHave a Uhaul sign posted to make it easier to locate the office. Have an actual office with professional looking staff. This location is in a garage, it’s filthy and it’s run by an older man who looked totally unkept and disheveled.
