Be more thorough when renting out the U-Hauls. I was very confused when I came to pick up the truck. Talked very fast. Was charged for something extra that I did not even use. So being sure that orders are accurate for each customer.

i had to park my car two block away due to lack of parking. I asked for a last minute change in truck and that went extremely well. Had a horrible time with the closing out process. The customer service was very poor in my opinion. Even when you busy please still give good customer service. The young lady at the counter attempted to do too much at one and it didn't make for a pleasureable experience.

My experience here was excellent! The associate Jelani Carroll was very pleasant and was knowledgeable about other packing items I inquired about. Had he not offered if I needed other items, I would have forgotten that I was going to inquire. This location was very clean, the truck was very clean and AC was cool when I got in the truck considering it was quite warm this day. I would definitely use this location in the future and recommend it to friends.

This location was friendly and helpful. They were competent and provided good service. Also, I stopped at a Shreveport, LA Uhaul location (2205 Hollywood Ave) and they assisted us with errors the Pocatello location had made in hooking up the car tow dolly. They were very courteous and quick with their assistance. Overall, the Atlanta and Shreveport locations were fantastic and I would recommend them to others.

The layout of the location is difficult to find parking. It is also poorly laid out to allow for easy storage of vehicles. The staff did a great job with a clearly difficult parking situation.

Do what you say you will, when you say you will. Our u-box is already 2 days late, and no one can tell us when it is going to show up. I took time off of work to move, and had 6 people scheduled to help me move in, and now all of that was a waste.

The staff at this location was excellent. However, the customer service representatives that answer the phones when I call to make reservations and who call me to confirm my reservation were by far the rudest customer service agents I have ever encountered. I will never use U-Haul again.

The lady (Danielle?) that helped us was awesome! Our reservation was screwed up(we made it on line) with the van & u-box reserved at 2 different locations. She fixed the reservation and was very thorough even though she had a number of customers in the lobby. She even backed the u-box into a parking space when we returned. I am ashamed tha I didn't remember her name, but she was incredible - AND she's 5 months pregnant with her first child. You better hang onto her!
