the guy was nice, the truck was nice; i rented for the day. the problem is the 9/16 gas in the tank. Either make it dead on a half a tank, or a full tank... who the heck estimates 9/16?

The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite, friendly and helpful. He reserved the truck over the phone and we were able to pick up quickly. Very friendly and would HIGHLY recommend again! Definately will use again when I need a Uhaul! Thank you!

The Summerville location was helpful and I had no issues with them. However, I ended up there because the north Charleston location had absolutely horrible service. I booked a week in advance and they told me the day before they had only 5pm available. I canceled and rebooked at a different North Charleston location for 10:45am, and when I got there they said "we don't have any trucks available, so we're going to cancel your reservation." No offer to help find another truck anywhere at all. I called corporate uhaul and got transferred 4 times and say on hold got half an hour before I finally got someone who was willing to help me find a truck for my out of state move. I will not use uhaul again after that experience.

The gentleman at this location was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was very close to close when we finally were able to drop off the truck and he was very kind and helped us close out the transaction. When my husband realized his sunglasses were still in the truck, the gentleman was kind enough to hold them for us til the next day when we could pick them up.
