It took an hour for a uhaul person to even show up, and then once I had been on the phone with the help phone number for like 45 minutes and had my location transferred, the guy shows up and has the key. Then the uhaul website and app just did not want to work with me to get the pictures of the truck taken and actually get moving.

Easy drop off
James MAbsolutely zero communication from this business no signs with instruction they do not answer the phone despite leaving multiple messages. It’s almost like you’re just a self-serve. Despite leaving several messages they never called me back either.
Sean Houtstanding easy to work with
Steven DTruck was late. I was overcharged and he selected things without asking me. The truck had a leak and got storm water all over my belongings and some are ruined. We stopped and filled up the gas on the way to drop off. They sent an email saying the are charging for gas. Worst uhaul experience of my life.
