I cannot believe you would even bother asking for customer feedback. NO part of the reservation I made online was honored, and even after receiving the equipment you tried to alter my return location and time. NO part of the moving help I booked through your site was honored either. Thank God for Facebook so my 1,000 friends can know the lack of respect you show your customers. Amazed you are still in business. Smart to keep your prices lower than your competitors, its the only reason you ARE still in business. Hopefully I'll never be in a position to have to use you or your pathetic equipment again.

I scheduled my truck three days in advance and when I arrived, it was not there! I got another one, but they advised I could not have it for the same duration. I was pressured to return it faster than I wanted to. The facility blamed the call center. The call center blamed the facility. Very disappointed!

The person at the store that I spoke with on Saturday was an absolute jerk. I think his name was Marty (or something with an M). After reserving a vehicle, I came back to the store on Sunday to pick it up and the people behind the counter were much nicer and more professional! Good experience overall!

Better customer service... I was in the store with no other customers and waited 5 minutes for a employer to get off the phone to help me.... Then the employer acted upset that I messed up his so called important phone call very upset with the service I will not ever go back to the place I rented from this is suppose to be a professional business and it was far beyond that !

I made a reservation for a 14 foot truck and was told they had several available and would reserve one. I asked what time they open and they said 9 am and I said I could come around then. They did not tell me I had to be there right at 9, or that there was any risk of losing the reservation at all. I figured if they opened right at 9 it might take a few minutes for employees to get everything together anyway. I got there at about 9:45 and they had given away my reservation. They said they usually wait 15 minutes and then give it away, if that is standard procedure it would have been nice to know. Because I had to rent a smaller truck I had to make two trips. This ended up costing me about twice as much money and screwed up the timing of the move on a day that I had to move and make it to a wake that night and funeral the next morning. I talked to two different employees (one at pickup one at drop off) and didn't get much cooperation. Because my reservation was given away my gas cost, mileage cost, and moving time were doubled and I didn't get any rebate or an apology.

Took longer than usual to get the contract worked up, due to incorrect information in the system. Vehicle also had incorrect mileage and below-normal gas level heading out. But the folks at this center were kind and helpful, just double check your paperwork.

Everything went smoothly. The truck ran well., however the mirrors at night did over reflect light & obscured vision a little. Blind spot awareness could also be noted. All together it was a good experience.

I was asked if I wanted safemove coverage, which I declined. I was instructed to sign on two separate lines, which I did. I was not instructed to check a box that stated I declined coverage, so I was charged for this coverage. I called today once I saw that this charge was included on my receipt, and I wanted it removed. The manager reviewed my contract and informed me that I had not checked the box to decline coverage. He reviewed security camera footage of my exchange at the counter, and made a personal remark about me kissing my girlfriend and not paying attention to the transaction. I do not see where a single kiss while the checkout clerk was working on his computer would amount to his claim being at all relevant, and I also do not know where in the world that is any of his business to say. I feel extremely dissatisfied and disrespected by the manager who followed up on my claim, and would recommend action against him. I will make it a point to spread my negative experience online and with my extended personal networks NOT to give this location any business at all. Furthermore, I will be requesting a copy of our recorded telephone exchange to submit to corporate for this manager's review. I will find it difficult to use u-haul for any further services, and will recommend against it in the future.
