Customer service on pickup day was very poor. I was handed the keys and told the truck was outside. The truck was blocked in between two other trucks. I went back in to let the man behind the counter know I couldn't move the truck. He questioned if I was sure. When I confirmed, he then went out to move a truck so I could leave. He provided no basic instructions to operate the truck. When returning the truck it was after dark and there were no interior lights. I couldn't find any switch or button to turn on the dash board lights. The following day I checked my account. I was charged for the truck when picking it up and then I was charged again the next day when the store opened. I called the manager and have yet to receive a call back. Horrible customer service, horrible drive back to store.

Fine experience. I'm sorry I was late returning. I hope it didn't unduly inconvenience anyone.

Rude at pick up... at drop off the lady was looking at her cellphone the whole time

I usually have a smooth process of renting trucks at this Uhaul location. I rent trucks for a non-profit organization and use a credit card. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I return to this location because of the helpful service I receive at it.

My only issue: I arranged through Uhaul’s web site for help unloading via Moving Help. They did not show up at the agreed time but texted there was an emergency. I then discovered there was no way to contact Moving Help.

The truck clearly had someone smoking in it before I rented it

ask upon rental if we need moving help as I would have ordered that right away rather than after everything had been picked up already by a friend.

It smelled like human feces inside, and it was very hot. To top it all off, there was only 1 guy working at the counter, with 5-6 people waiting in line, and of course the line was not moving at all.

Staff upon truck rental was ok although they never went over the truck with me at all. Just told me where to find it in the lot next to the building. The outgoing mileage was off by .4 miles too. The staff at return was not so good. The guy who went over the truck with me didn’t seem to know what he was doing all that well and kept calling me “pardner”. Ok. The woman who appeared to be the manager in the store sent the guy who went over the truck with me out to the lot and just said “follow the prompts on the iPhone” to him and that was it. Haha. Oh well.

To confus I’ve for a person out of the city
