I enjoyed my moving experience! Very professional and hassle free!
1. I returned the vehicle on Sunday, Monday afternoon I started getting automated emails indicating the equipment had not been returned. I am a consultant and was onsite with a client. Had to break away from my meetings to deal with this error.
2. I returned the vehicle with half tank of gas as this is how I received it, check out invoice came back saying I returned it with less and charged me $4 dollars a gallon for three gallons. I took a picture of the gas gauge and mileage so I can prove how I turned it in. The lot is unattended and the gas cap is unlocked - anyone could have come by and siphoned off some gas .
3. You sent me a no-reply email with the invoice and indicated not to reply to the email but call if I had an issue but you attached no phone number to the email. Not a big issue as I could go find the number but attaching the number to the email would make it a lot easier for the customer. Fewer steps.
Used the drop box so did not speak to anyone.
mOVE WENT VERY WELL, STAFF WAS FREINDLY AND TRUCK WAS VERY NICE.......
More parking spaces would be nice.
