First, fulfill the requests. I reserved a Model 10 truck with a utility dolly. To my surprise, the person at the store told me that the truck did not have a platform, but they did have one and could rent it to me. In fact, I rented it due to my obvious needs. Second, the truck smelled bad and there was trash in the passenger door.

BRUCE BInside of the truck was disgusting, like someone spilt soda and never cleaned it up. The stuff we reserved was not available but the owner of the store did try to help us find what we needed.
