I arrived just before 9:00 am - my pickup time and their opening time. At 9:15 still no one there so I called them. He said he was off-site and walked me through the after hours pickup. After several attempts, the key was not in the box. He had me open the drop box again, after several attempts I finally got it open and the key was there. It was almost 10:00 by the time I was leaving the parking lot.

waited almost an hour to be able to obtain truck because key was not available and dolly wasn’t as well

hugh kThe owner and his wife were very helpful. I had trouble with opening the combination lock, and they both helped me. The owner's wife finally got the lock to open, and I was soon on my way. NOTE - It is important that UHaul company get two new locks for the key boxes. Thanks!
