The city of Somerville covers all parking needs, whether it be 15 minute meter or resident only, you should keep in mind that Somerville employs a LOT of meter maids and tow trucks! As for moving day, whether you’re renting a U-Haul truck or hiring a moving company, you’ll need to pay for a permit and sign, as well as reserve the street space for $40 covering 1-3 days of your move.

Where to Eat: Hands down, Union Square. No wait, Inman… or is it Davis? The thing about Somerville is that no matter where you move to there will always be ethnically infused high quality dining options. From the euro beer patio Bronwyn in Union Square all the way to the cricket sports bar, Hit Wicket in Inman Square. There is never a dull moment for the culinary assortment that dazzles foodies in Somerville.
