Refrigerator/Freezer
- Unplug at least 24 hours before move day
- Dispose of all perishable food items
- Disconnect the water line
- Thaw out the fridge and freezer
- Clean and dry all surfaces
Stove
- Clean the surface (leftover grease can leave spots on anything it touches)
- Have a qualified technician disconnect stove and cap off the gas line.
