The cab needed vacuuming but back end was fine. They key to truck was locked up in drawer when I arrived. Someone had to bring it which delayed me a bit but I was compensated. I would use them again. Problems happen. They handled it as well as they could. Next time I will call the night before and make sure the key is accessible.

The truck was dirty when I got it so I do not believe I should be charged the cleaning fee of $25. I took pictures before I left of how the truck looked and that's how I left it.

a part of the driver's chair where the arm is placed was broken and they want to charge me because they didn't give me the truck, they only gave me the key and they didn't want to give it to me properly, taking it out and I mentioned to them that it was broken and now they want to charge me me that's not right

There were all sorts of maintenance lights on for brakes and low tire pressure. The sliding door handle on the van was broken and couldn't be used which was really inconvenient. Then I was overcharged. I'm calling this morning so hopefully it will get resolved.

Vehicle smelled like cat urine and was missing handle on side door, in additional to numerous dents. Also, they charged a gallon of gas even though needle was the same or slightly higher on return (fotos to prove it).

Uhaul was dirty inside, candy wrappers in cab and just grimey all over etc. Box was dirty and had not been swept. Passanger door lock was damaged with cylinder lock falling out of door, oil change required light on. Didnt have the dolly I had reserved, had to go to another location to pick up and drop off- which wasted an extra hour of my move day and drop off time return day to take it back to the other location. Staff was nice but experience wasted a lot of time and the truck was gross.

When I returned the truck to the location over an hour early the manager took the keys and said he would take care of closing the contract. When I received my invoice by email later I saw that he didn't do the paperwork for almost two hours and then it showed that I returned the truck after my 24 hour rental period so I was charged for two days rental not just one. If that's the only way for you to make a profit I will not be dealing with this company again and you should advertise as $59.90 per day not $29.95.

Five stars for the location, two stars for UHaul. The website did not make clear where I needed to pick up my truck. Cost me a lot of time. Website also allowed me to make a reservation for equipment that was not available. None of this was the location's fault and they did their best to make it right.

It turns out that the van we rented had a leak in the front left tire, so it had low tire pressure during our use. This could have been a safety issue. When I returned the vehicle, it became clear that the rental guy already knew about it because he brought it up on his own without seeing the vehicle. He said a previous customer had an issue with it and took it to Tires Plus, but it just deflated again. I'm disappointed that this UHAUL dealer didn't fix the issue after the last customer, that they neglected to do a pre-rental inspection of the vehicle with me (seems like this would be protocol). What's worse, he asked me if I filled up the tire or if I had some equipment I could help him fill up the tire with. I declined. It was bold of a UHAUL dealer to ask me to help them with a maintenance problem that I didn't create. I was already paying a handsome sum to rent the vehicle with the expectation that it would be in working order.

The equipment I paid for was not in the truck. The gas tank was a little below a quarter. The entire truck was dirty. There was clay all on the floor, the back of the truck was dirty. The only thing that was good was the employee's attitude.
