The place was sketchy, but had no choice as unbeknownst to me it was changed by the company. After selecting a cheaper insurance rate, the new location charged me double the price and refused to show me the total expenses prior to releasing the vehicle. Never again!Aixa M.

I was charged an extra fee on my card, the van was returned on time at the same gas amount. Now, I have to go through all the headaches of finding out what happened and trying to get my money back. I was called but the person working the uhaul counter and we were in route to pick up by 2pm and he changed it to 1pm and said he had a School meeting for his kids if we could get ther sooner. .
