Stacy DReturned after hours, and code would not open gate. No one avaliable to provide guidane. I left vehicle, left voicemail and locked keys inside. Next morning they said i needed to pay for a locksmith. And I wa over-charged for furniture covers $20 vs $5. And double chared for dolly. Do not use this location. And definitely return in person during open hours. Also they told me "They're a 'storage facility' not a Uhaul facility.
NORMAN BThe lady at the front desk was nice and quick. The truck itself was less than ideal: Aside from the forgivable rust and wear, the backdoor locking hinge was a consistent issue. It would refuse to stay latched when the door was fully open, leading to the door being stuck in that position and needing an excessive amount of force to un-pry. The backdoor itself was also just very stubborn in general. The ramp required a good slam to be locked in place after use, and the backdoor's locking hinge would actually prevent the ramp from sliding if the backdoor was closed. The stick shift was extremely clunky. I was not allowed to extend the time past 7pm, even though the app said the latest was 7:30. Then, when returning the truck, I uploaded all necessary pictures and details, yet the app wasn't responding when complete. Checking the app later that night revealed that my truck was "still in use", so I left a voicemail for the retailer to know my situation, and despite asking for a confirmation call, I did not receive one. I'd recommend this specific place if you have nowhere else to go, because at the end of the day, the truck got the job done. I would always recommend in-person pick-ups and drop-offs, though.
STEVEN OI did not like being texted at 6:15pm the day before I was to pick up my reserved truck, & be told to go to another location. Also workers don't like to answer the phones!!!

Cierra SThe branch manager, Darlene was very unprofessional. Her communication was the worst I have ever experienced. I called for a reservation and she was able to confirm it once I arrive she rushed me to sign in initial papers. The only thing she seemed concerned about was my ID and my credit card once I went to the vehicle I noticed that there was white dust in the back of the vehicle. I briefly use the vehicle for only four hours when I returned the vehicle, I put more gas in it as requested. I thrive off of integrity and honesty. Once I received my receipt. I noticed I was overcharged for $60 for a cleaning fee. When I called Darlene. She told me that I should’ve read the instructions. I don’t believe I was treated fairly I will never use this U-Haul again. They were so unprofessional.
Corey WPassenger side windshield wiper rubber was broken. This wasn't a big deal but it is something to note. There's also an honest mistake on the pricing. Mileage was incorrectly recorded. I called to get it corrected and it was very quickly resolved. Overall, I would return to this place.

BRANDI BAlthough the location has a 24 hour drop off the instructions to call a number was never answered. The after hour drop off parking was inadequate.
WILLIAM HWhen I arrived to this location it was around 10:00am on a Friday. The lights were on, the Open sign was displayed on the front door but the door was locked and no one was available to let me in. It was freezing by the way. Someone finally arrives 5-6 minutes later. I was a walk-in. I called prior to arriving the day before and the same day that I arrived to ask questions and get information and no one answered the phone. I waited again for about 15-20 minutes inside because apparently the customer service rep claimed that their computer system had completely changed all of a sudden and wouldn’t allow her to submit my information as a walk in. She had to call around to find out how to complete this task and I even talked to someone over the phone. I had already provided my identification and payment method in store more than once and was asked again over the phone. I am on a time crunch this entire time because I had movers coming and they arrived during all of this. When I provided my information over the phone I was asked to take a picture of my identification through a link and this did not work. I don’t know what happened but eventually I was able to get a reservation. I was told I would get a discount but when I returned the vehicle I received a receipt with a charge for not returning the vehicle through the app which I was not informed of at all. I do not use U-haul often, maybe twice before over the span of 6 years in between those times. The last time that I rented a U-Haul truck was in 2021. This was my very first time doing business with this location. My experience was an inconvenience and I did not feel valued as a customer.
